Late for Appointment
To make sure that we always run on schedule, if you are late for the appointment, we must move on to the next client.
Styling Area Rules
For safety purposes, all parents and children (that are not getting a service), must stay behind the styling area at all times. If this is not applied, that client is liable to reimburse salon for any damaged material.
For any hair that is tangled, to where it takes extra time for the service, an additional fee will be charged.
No Call, No Show Policy
After 3 no show appointments, you are no longer able to schedule an appointment. Walk in only (walk in availability can be a 1-3 hour wait)
